The rapid development of technology, information, and communication affects the development of learning media. This condition makes teachers as educators must be able to transfer knowledge and transfer values to their students by adjusting to the times. In this regard, the use of Instagram media in PAI learning is also one of the innovative steps of a PAI teacher, in order to engineer learning by utilizing modern social media, practical because almost all students have an Instagram account and are also flexible because they can be accessed at any time. anywhere and anytime as long as there is an internet network available. This research is an experimental research using research methods Quantitative. The research instruments used are pre-test and post-test as well as online questionnaires given to class XII students from a population of 68 students, consisting of one class as an experimental class and one class as a control class. The results showed that the use of Instagram social media as PAI learning was carried out by uploading student work in the form of assignments on relevant material, ranging from planning, learning processes to implementing evaluations with the results of the analysis that the motivation and learning outcomes of PAI material turned out to be a higher percentage in the experimental class than the control class. The final conclusion of using the Instagram application in learning is quite effective, it's just that it will be better when combined with other digital platforms.
